Your Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Alexandria

After your flight to Cairo, your Egyptologist will welcome you at the airport. Together, you will travel to Alexandria.

Your first stop is the Catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa—an extraordinary burial complex combining Egyptian, Greek, and Roman influences.

You will then continue to Pompey’s Pillar and the Citadel of Qaitbay, which was built on the site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria. From here, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.

A photo stop will also be made at the famous Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

Day 2 – Cairo

After breakfast, you will travel to Cairo.

First, visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. The Great Pyramid of Khufu is the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World.

After lunch, explore the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to a unique collection that makes it one of the world’s most important museums.

To conclude your sightseeing program, stroll through the historic Khan el-Khalili Bazaar with your guide and experience the distinctive atmosphere of Cairo’s Old City.

Afterward, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Hurghada. Your driver will be waiting for you upon arrival and will take you back to your hotel.
