Day 1: Cairo – Your Journey Through Time Begins

Your personal tour guide will warmly welcome you to Cairo. Your adventure starts at the Pyramids of Gizeh – the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World. You will have plenty of time to marvel at these monumental structures and photograph the Sphinx, which has stood as the loyal guardian of the pyramids for millennia, from up close.

In the afternoon, you will dive deep into history at the state-of-the-art Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).

(Following the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for a comfortable domestic flight to Aswan, followed by check-in at your hotel).

Day 2: Abu Simbel – A Masterpiece of Antiquity & Aswan Magic

Early in the morning, you will head south to Abu Simbel (either by air-conditioned private vehicle or via a domestic flight). The gigantic temples of Ramesses II and his consort Nefertari, carved directly into the solid rock face, are among the most breathtaking sights in the world. Your Egyptologist will explain the architectural marvel behind the biannual "Sun Miracle" and the spectacular UNESCO rescue operation of the 1960s, during which the entire temple was dismantled into thousands of pieces and rebuilt on higher ground.

Back in Aswan, you will visit the High Dam, a masterpiece of modern engineering. In the late afternoon, a true highlight awaits: you will step aboard a traditional Felucca (a classic Egyptian sailboat). Glide silently over the Nile in the gentle evening breeze, passing Kitchener's Island and the ancient tombs – pure Nile romance.
