Your Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Cairo → Fayoum Oasis
In the morning, you will be picked up from your accommodation in Cairo and travel to the Fayoum Oasis.
Your discovery tour takes you to Dimya Al-Seba, Qasr El Sagha and Widan El Faras. You will then visit the petrified forest area and Wadi El Batikh, discovering the varied desert landscapes surrounding Fayoum along the way.
In the evening, arrive at your accommodation on the northern shore of Lake Qarun.

Day 2 – Wadi El Hitan, Gebel El-Medawara and Magic Lake
Today’s itinerary features one of Egypt’s most important natural sites: Wadi El Hitan—the Valley of the Whales.
This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known for its extraordinary fossils of early whale species and documents an important stage in the evolutionary history of whales.
Next, explore more landscapes in the Fayoum region, including Gebel El-Medawara and Magic Lake.
You will then continue toward the Bahariya Oasis.

Day 3 – Bahariya, the Black Desert and the White Desert
After breakfast, your desert safari begins in a 4×4 off-road vehicle.
From the Bahariya Oasis, the route leads through the Black Desert and onward to Crystal Mountain. You will then reach Wadi El Agabat, with its distinctive rock formations and expansive desert landscapes.
Continue into the White Desert, known for its extraordinary pale limestone formations.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at the desert camp and experience the sunset and starry skies in the heart of the Sahara.

Day 4 – White Desert → Bahariya → Cairo
After sunrise and breakfast at the camp, begin the return journey through the desert landscape to the Bahariya Oasis.
From Bahariya, continue back to Cairo, where you will be transferred to your accommodation.

For the desert safari, we recommend sturdy footwear, sun protection, sunglasses, and sufficiently warm clothing for the evening and night.
A small flashlight or headlamp is also useful for the overnight stay at the camp.
